Gluten-Free Pasta 101
This class is a gluten-free take on our classic Pasta 101, designed for anyone who wants to master fresh pasta—without the gluten. Whether you’re gluten-free by necessity or choice, this hands-on class focuses on techniques and ingredients that produce pasta that’s just as tender, flavorful, and satisfying as the traditional version.
Guests will learn how to work with gluten-free flours, build structure and elasticity, and properly roll, shape, and cook fresh pasta. Along the way, our chef will share tips for achieving the right texture, avoiding common gluten-free pitfalls, and recreating these recipes successfully at home.
The class concludes with enjoying the pasta you’ve made together, served in a relaxed, welcoming setting. No prior pasta-making experience is required—just curiosity, an appetite, and a desire to learn gluten-free pasta done right.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
