The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Chef Kanthi brings the authentic tastes of Goa to the Community Kitchen, sharing his professional cooking techniques and flavour combinations so you can prepare a delicious Goan meal in Brighton.
A typical menu will include varied dishes such as: classic Goan fish curry (or vegan alternative), Goan Mushroom masala, Goan Cabbage salad, and Coconut Pulao Rice.
What previous participants on Kanthi’s classes said: "I totally loved it... The atmosphere and the delicious food." "Approachable chef/ teacher." "I have the confidence to give it a go."
