Description
YOU are invited to GOAT YOGA in Addison Circle Park! Get your GOGA on while our tribe of pet goats graze and jump around (or on) you.
Please come dressed for the weather as the event will be outside.
Know before you go:
*Please do not enter the fenced off goat yoga area any earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. We will set aside time after class for extra socializing and picture taking with the goats.
*BYOM (bring your own yoga mat) We do not provide mats, but we will have large towels for all attendees to use. We also provide bottled waters, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.
*Be prepared for our goats to take an interest in you! They are excited to be with you! Goat yoga is for everyone, and we welcome participants age 5 and over (with a participating parent or guardian). It is meant to be fun and memorable. Goats have been known to nudge, scratch, nibble, jump and step on attendees. Goats are NOT potty trained animals. There will be a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available.
*Everyone will need to check in and sign our liability waiver before the class starts. Masks are not required. This is an outdoor fitness event. Social distancing will be the responsibility of each participant in regards to their own preferences in proximity to other attendees.
