Description
Goat Yoga RVA is hosting a fully immersive evening of joy, reflection, relaxation and healing with a goat yoga session followed by with a soothing sound bath meditation, performed by RVA’s very own sound healer, Annie Peace.
The evening will begin as our 24 dwarf goats, along with our certified yoga instructor, Levar, guide you through a series of poses, many tandem (with the goats,) aimed improve your physical and mental well being.
During the goat yoga class, you will build strength, awareness, harmony and a connection with the world around you in both mind and body; a perfect precursor to the relaxing sound bath.
Following the goat yoga class, find a spot on the hill, surrounded by stars and nature. Annie will lead you into a progressive relaxation, through sounds and vibrations, clearing and realigning your energy.
Experience an unforgettable evening of joy, healing and relaxation!
We will have beverages, snacks and concessions for purchase.
There will be a 30 minute break between the goat yoga class and the sound bath.
***This class is suitable for all levels ....
Bring a chair or yoga mat, and anything else needed for comfort (Blanket, Bug Spray, water)
Full experience- Goat Yoga & Sound Bath (6:30pm-9pm)
*Space is limited.
Tickets: $65 per person
Sound Bath Only (8pm-9pm)
Tickets: $35
Yoga mats will be provided for goat yoga.

Water bottle
Towel or blanket
A blanket or saroong for savasana
Eye pillow or eye cover
Bug repellent
•Pre-registration is required for this event. No admittance without a ticket.
•Event arrival time is 30 minutes before event starts. (Please arrive at this time to get checked in and settled.)
•Everyone participating in goat yoga must sign liability waiver.

All ticket sales are final.
NOTE: Since this is an outdoor event, it may be affected by inclement weather. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to the following day, Sunday, June 18th, at 6pm.
