GODSPELL JR is a musical that uses fables to explore important ideas like compassion, love, forgiveness and sacrifice for the greater good. The show draws on various theatrical traditions and musical styles, including pantomime, charades, acrobatics, vaudeville, folk and rock to create a groundbreaking and unique reflection on parables of Jesus. CCPAC students and our professional mentors will musically tell the stories of John the Baptist, Jesus and Judas when they present their production of Godspell JR. You will be transformed into the world of Godspell and leave the theatre singing along to all of your favourite songs. This show is appropriate for all ages with a run time of approximately 75 minutes with no intermission. Concessions will be available prior to show beginning, doors open 30 minutes before show start time.
This program is audition based, all cast and crew members are over 14 years of age and have been working with professional mentors that are in the cast with them. This is an engaging performances full of interactive moments for audience members.

Masks will be mandatory in the theatre throughout the show, seats will be organized in a socially distant matter. There will be no concession and no food or drink allowed in the theatre, once inside the building masks must stay on for cast, crew and audience safety.
