Tent Sharing Notice:
All standard tents come with a queen-size bed, which means you will be sharing the bed with another participant. If you're not comfortable with that, please book the Private Tent option to have the entire space to yourself.
ποΈ Event Itinerary (All included in your ticket):
Day 1 β June 14:
- 2:00 PM β Arrival, welcome finger food, introductions & icebreaker games
- 5:00 PM β Group dinner
- 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM β Chill and connect
- 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM β Music & dancing
- 9:00 PM onward β Hot tub, sauna, and outdoor movie
- 10:00 PM β Late-night bites
Day 2 β June 15:
- Morning breakfast
- Coffee, tea & non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the event
The official event wraps up after breakfast β but the fun doesnβt stop there!
You're invited to join us for an optional group hike or a lakeside adventure featuring:
π Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP), Tubing, and Kayaking β all completely free!
Transportation is not included. Closer to the event, a group chat will be created so participants can connect, organize carpools, and plan rideshares. Drivers will receive $30 in gas money directly from their passengers (this will not be collected by organizers).
Important Notes & Community Guidelines
- π Waiver: With the purchase of your ticket, you agree to sign a waiver form at the beginning of the event.
- βΊ Rain or Shine: This event is non-refundable and will not be canceled due to weather. Please come prepared for the elements β embrace the adventure!
- π· Alcohol Policy: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, but drunken behavior and drug use are strictly prohibited. Letβs keep the vibe safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.
- πΎ Wildlife Awareness: We're sharing this space with nature. Please do not feed or approach wildlife. If youβre lucky, you might get to peacefully spot them from a distance!
