Astara and Orion of Illuminating Hearts bring you an incredible afternoon of resonance and meditation to the shared space of Trinity PT and Omaha Power Yoga.
Astara writes in How the Stars Tell Time, "The heart is the key to everything. It’s a compass to help you navigate your life: your joy, purpose, knowledge, direction, and soul learning.” The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you, helping you on the longest journey you'll ever take: the 18 inches from your head to your heart. The heart is the seat of joy — the highest expression of existence. And it is not dependent on external circumstances.
We lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend!

Dress comfortably to sit on the floor. We have a few bolsters, blankets, and back jacks, but we encourage you to bring your favorite sit bolster/pillow (zafu/zabutan). If you need a chair, please message us. As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere. We will provide loaner Mindfold eye-masks for those who prefer to cover their eyes during meditation.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere.
What can I bring into the event?
Dress comfortably. Chairs provided, feel free to bring a favorite sit pillow/zafu/zabuton if you prefer.
What’s the refund policy?
We refund cancellations in full received 24 Hours or more notice in advance of the event. Any cancellations we receive with less than 24 Hours notice in advance of the event will not be refunded. Read our full event policy.
Will there be filming or recording at the event?
When you enter an Illuminating Hearts (IH) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Read our full event policy, including a notice of filming, video and photography. Upon entering the event, you agree to our event policy and effectively release IH, its illuminators and collaborators, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with filming or recording. You also waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties associated with the recording. Our intention for filming and recording is to harvest beauty for the world.
