Join us for a 4-Week Series for kids and their grown-ups!
January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 2022- 11:00 am- 12:00 pm
This family yoga class will cover the following topics: Breath awareness/controlling of emotions, focusing the mind, strengthening the body, and using the practice to foster creativity. Benefits of yoga for participants:
- Helps manage anxiety, improves emotional regulation, and boosts self esteem
- Increases body awareness and mindfulness, and enhances concentration and memory
- Develops strength and flexibility
