Weatherford College Commencement Ceremony for all Fall 2023, Spring 2024 and Summer 2024 graduates, beginning at 6:00pm. (See details below)
Graduate Check-in: Graduates should arrive at check-in beginning at 4:00pm, dressed in regalia (cap, gown, stoles, and cords). Please arrive no later than 5:00 pm.
Ceremony Date & Time: Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

Parking
- Parking is $18 per vehicle (payable upon entry). Both garages will accept cash or credit cards.
- Parking is available on a “first-come first-serve” basis in the FWCC parking garages, located at 1301 Commerce Street and 1100 Houston Street.
Entrances
Graduates will NOT be issued guest tickets.
- Guest Tickets will NOT be required for entrance into arena. There is no limit on how many guests you may invite.
- ALL commencement activities will be in the Arena, located on the North end of the FWCC
- Graduates and Faculty entrance ONLY - Commerce Street Arena Lobby
- Guest entrance - 9th Street Arena Lobby - primary entrance for guests.
- After the ceremony, all graduates should direct their guests to meet them at the Houston Street Arena Lobby, located on the West side of the facility.
Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
Diploma pick up for SPRING 2024 completers ONLY.
Diplomas for those who complete their degree in May 2024 will be able to pick up their diploma immediately following the ceremony in the staging area.
Again diploma pick up will only be available for those who have completed their graduation requirements in the Spring 2024 term.
