Description

Loss impacts us in so many ways. We feel grief from loss in our body, our mind, and our heart. Attending to both the body and mind through movement and writing can aid in easing some of the symptoms of grief by helping to unite body, breath, and heart.

Reduce Stress | Connect Mind, Body, & Heart | Increase Energy | Improve Sleep & Relaxation | Heal Pain & Grief

Please join us for a guided online writing session where we’ll create space to explore grief through words. With gentle prompts and supportive presence, you’ll be invited to reflect, express, and honor your own experience in whatever form feels right – whether poetry, journaling, or simple notes and/or lists. No writing background needed, just an open heart and a willingness to show up for yourself.
