Description
Designed as both a creative incubator and public performance platform, Groundwork provides artists with the time, space, and support to explore new ideas, culminating in a performance that invites the audience into the creative process. Choreographers are chosen from different Appalachian areas and bring in new ideas and works for Southern Appalachian Dance Collective. This year, choreographers include Sydney Crump, Sarah Laughland, Olivia Ratliff, Will Smith, and more!
Performance will begin at 3:00 pm in the McGlothlin Center for Arts Black Box Theatre with reception to follow.
