Join us Friday, July 17th at Lighthouse Reiki and Crystals for a silent compassion generation practice at 5pm-6pm!
The face of Our Mother Earth is wrought with destruction, greed, selfishness, and the desperate clawing for power. Many of us are not dissimilar crabs in a bucket, willing to pull down our fellow humans who rise up from the hoard. These phenomena are conditioning, passed down and bread by generations of people living in fear and lack. Today, we attempt to balance the scales, creating a vortex of compassion spreading up and out from our hearts and blanketing the world around us with unconditional love. Studies show that even a small group of meditators coming together regularly for this purpose can lower stress and crime rates for an entire community. This is a noble cause! Your presence is an offering the world around you!
We will begin promptly at 5. We will open meditation with a guided warm up to anchor us in the present moment.
