Grown Ups' Night Out ~ Whimsy Style in collaboration with Kristin Phillips, owner of Little Legends Early Learning Center, to provide drop-off childcare on site at her Huntingtown location! Drop your kiddos off at Little Legends (3690 Solomons Island Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639) and head on over to Wood Wire & Whimsy (4250 Hunting Creek Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639)

Bring your hubby, wife, significant other, best friends, or favorite date night couple and enjoy a fun relaxed night out — Whimsy style! 
Whether you're coming solo, as a pair, need childcare, or don't....we have a ticket option for you! We are opening the doors (and backyard) to the adults needing a little "time out" of their own! Kristin Phillips will be offering drop off childcare, at her center in Huntingtown, for the evening, so you can enjoy yourself and rest assured that your kiddos are in good hands!
What Your $25 Night Out Ticket Includes:
We are welcoming Oyster & Oak to the shop for this exclusive event! Your ticket purchase will include a single portion to their charcuterie spread with a mix of curated meats and cheeses, pinwheels, pasta skewers, fresh garden style bites, and more!
Complimentary beverages
Enjoy yard games on the green, or sit and relax under the canopy trees. Hang out on the porch while you sip and listen to music and chat with friends.
Exclusive shopping in the whole shop will be available throughout the evening
Enjoy a laid back evening with your friends, special someone, or make a few new friends! Whether just hanging out and enjoying drinks, food, and shopping, or partaking in games; there will be fun for everyone! It is our goal to provide an inviting atmosphere for all, while you enjoy some grown up time out!
You will also have access to purchase sweet treats and savory breads on site from Krumbs & Kaos, a local sourdough baker. You will not want to miss out on these goodies!
A little about Kristin! ~ "Hello! My name is Kristin Phillips, and I am the Owner and Director of Little Legends Early Learning Center. I was born and raised in Calvert County, and I am proud to serve the community that I’ve always called home. I have been working with children of all ages for over 19 years, and I am truly passionate about early childhood education. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development and Business Administration, which allows me to combine my love for teaching with strong leadership and program development. I am CPR certified and medication administration certified, ensuring that the children in my care are always in a safe and well-prepared environment. My goal is to create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive space where every child feels valued, builds confidence, and develops a lifelong love of learning."
Childcare for children ages 2yrs-12yrs will be $30/child and $20/additional sibling from the same family. This cost is for a 4:30pm drop off and 9:30pm pickup. Extended pick up times can be discussed with Kristin directly. This price also includes dinner, snack, and entertainment for each child. These options are available to purchase on the ticket selection page.

Ticket Requirements & Policies
~Each attendee is required to purchase a ticket due to limited space. Please be sure to purchase 1 ticket per adult attending. If childcare is needed you will also have the option to add that on as well, please choose accordingly if you have multiple children.
~Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. If an event is rescheduled for any reason you will receive a credit with us for a future event of your choice, that is hosted at Wood Wire & Whimsy by the given vendor.
~Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
