No Thyme to Cook
14624 Solomons Island Road SouthJoin us with Guest Chef Lisa Smith Sanders, Esq., as she shares Musings from the Great American Baking Show. Lisa is a local attorney, a Calvert County Fair Grand Champion baker, and an avid home baker. When she's not in the kitchen, she enjoys tap dancing, fencing, and following Formula 1.
Last summer she joined seven of “America’s Best Home Bakers” to bake in the tent and be judged by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. You can watch Lisa’s baking adventures on Season 4 of The Great American Baking Show, now streaming on Roku.
In this class, we will watch Lisa recreate the Vertical Cake Challenge from Episode 1, “Cake Week” (demonstration), and together we will make the Bread Basket Showstopper from Episode 3, “Bread Week” (hands-on), on TGABS.
