Born in West Germany and now a proud Belgian-American chef, Chef Robert has been honored with numerous accolades throughout his career — including being named Washington’s Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington in 2009.
But don’t let his culinary prestige intimidate you — he’s as down-to-earth as they come, an avid hunter, and a Harley rider whenever the opportunity arises!

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
