Join us at Lighthouse Reiki and Crystal for a guided meditation featuring antique Tibetan sound bowls.
Our topic: Gratitude.
If there is one thing above all to cultivate in your life, it is this.
Wielded well, Gratitude is the perfect sword that cuts through all lower vibrations. Through Gratitude, we can alchemize any situation, turning lack into fullness, and resistance into piece.
The moment is already complete!
And so, all anxiety, depression, longing, and greed are defeated.
We will begin promptly at 2pm with a brief talk, then we will open meditation with a chant to anchor us in the present moment.
