Join us Sunday, February 1, at Lighthouse Reiki and Crystals for a guided meditation featuring antique Tibetan sound bowls.
This week, we'll focus on the fundamentals of meditation: what it is, why it's helpful, and most importantly, how to start. This session will be ideal for beginners seeking a clear and approachable introduction to the practice, while welcoming more experienced meditators to share insights they have learned along the path.
In the spirit of the new year, come with questions, curiosity, and openness to new opportunities for personal development. Tonight, we cultivate a mutually beneficial exchange, learning with one another through presence, inquiry, and practice.
We will begin promptly at 2:30pm, then we will open meditation with a guided warm up to anchor us in the present moment.
