What You Will Learn
Learn to bake Babka, the rich, sweet yeast bread with a swirl of cinnamon and chocolate. In this hands-on class, you'll master the techniques for preparing the dough, rolling and layering the filling, and shaping the loaf to achieve its signature twisted look. Gain tips on proofing and baking for a golden crust and tender crumb. Walk away with your own freshly baked Babka to enjoy and the confidence to recreate it at home. All skill levels welcome; ingredients and equipment provided.

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Length: Approximately 3 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: First Floor.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 18 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

- While our full-service bar is closed, mimosa kits are available for purchase.
