What You Will Learn
Discover the art of naturally leavened bread in this immersive, hands-on sourdough class designed to demystify the process and build lasting confidence in your baking. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or have struggled to get that perfect rise, this class will guide you step-by-step through the essentials.
Please bring a container with a lid so you can take home your sourdough starter.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: Second floor: Please note our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
