What You Will Learn

Discover the art of naturally leavened bread in our Hands-On Baking: Sourdough class. Perfect for beginners and curious bakers alike, this immersive experience will guide you through every step of the sourdough process—from understanding and maintaining a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking your own rustic loaf.

 Please bring a sealable container to transport your sourdough starter home, as well as a bowl or container to safely carry your finished loaf.

Menu:

  • Bacon & Cheese Egg Bites

  • Sourdough Starter

  • Sourdough Honey Boule

  • Sweet Honey & Cinnamon Butter

 

 What To Expect

  • Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor 

  • Length: Approximately 3 hours.

  • Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.

  • Location: First floor. 

  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
