Under the expert guidance of our chef, you’ll learn the fundamentals of breaking down and preparing various cuts of meat with precision and confidence. From mastering knife safety and technique to understanding how to choose and trim the best cuts, this class is perfect for anyone looking to take their culinary knowledge to the next level. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the craft of butchery—and the know-how to bring those skills into your own kitchen.

What To Expect

  • Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor 
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours.
  • Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
  • Location: Second floor - Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs. 
  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening. 

Experience Options 

  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class.
