Roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook in our hands-on Calzones Class! In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to make calzones from start to finish. Our chef will guide you through techniques for perfect dough texture, balanced fillings, and proper baking, while encouraging creativity and customization along the way. Whether you prefer classic Italian flavors or want to experiment with something new, this class is all about learning by doing—and eating the delicious results.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
