Our chefs will guide you step-by-step through the techniques behind creating authentic Japanese sushi at home. You’ll learn how to work with traditional tools, select and prepare fresh ingredients, and master the art of rolling and presentation. Whether you’re a sushi lover or a curious beginner, this interactive class promises plenty of learning, laughter, and of course—delicious bites along the way.
A variety of sake will be available for purchase at our fully stocked bar.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor.
Length: Approximately 2 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class.
