You'll learn how to use traditional sushi-making tools, select and prepare fresh ingredients, and master the skills needed to roll and present beautiful sushi at home. Whether you're a longtime sushi enthusiast or trying your hand at it for the first time, this class offers the perfect blend of instruction, creativity, and fun—with plenty of delicious tasting opportunities along the way.
To complement the experience, a variety of sake selections will be available for purchase from our fully stocked bar.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor.
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
