To purchase a ticket and claim the firearm, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm.
Be able to pass a federal background check.
Complete the firearm transfer through the licensed firearms dealer where the shotgun is located.
The firearm must be picked up in person in Morehead City, North Carolina.
The firearm will not be transferred to anyone who is prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing a firearm.
