About The Heirloom Supper Club
The Heirloom Supper Club was born from a love of good food, thoughtful hospitality, and the belief that some of our best memories are made around a table.
Rooted in seasonality and a deep appreciation for where our food comes from, Heirloom creates intimate dining experiences centered around locally sourced ingredients, beautiful settings, and the simple pleasure of gathering together. Each dinner is an invitation to slow down, share a meal, meet someone new, and enjoy an evening that feels special without ever feeling too formal.
Whether gathered around our own table or taking Heirloom on the road for an on-location dinner, every experience is shaped by the season, the setting, and the people who join us.
About Jessica Vick, Owner & Host
Jessica Vick’s connection to food began long before The Heirloom Supper Club.
With roots in commercial fishing in Alaska, she grew up with an understanding that food has a place, a season, and a story. That connection to the source stayed with her and eventually led her, later in life, to culinary school and into professional kitchens, where she spent time learning the craft from the back of the house and working alongside and under talented chefs.
But somewhere along the way, Jessica discovered that she loved what happened on the other side of the kitchen doors just as much.
She fell in love with hospitality, the details of a thoughtfully set table, welcoming someone into a space, anticipating what a guest might need, and creating the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to settle in and stay awhile.
The Heirloom Supper Club brings those worlds together: a respect for the people and places our food comes from, an appreciation for the craft happening in the kitchen, and a genuine love of taking care of the people gathered around the table.
For Jessica, Heirloom isn’t about making dinner feel fancy. It’s about making it feel meaningful. Seasonal food, a beautiful table, warm hospitality, and the chance to connect over a meal worth lingering over.
