Description

Part of Community Clay’s Haunted Handbuilding Series

In this workshop, you'll hand-build and decorate a ceramic mug with any spooky-sweet design you like!

Tuesday October 7, 6-8pm.
Location: Community Clay, 3349 Blake Street

This is a beginner-friendly workshop! No experience needed, just come ready to play with clay! You will be sculpting using your hands and a variety of tools to form the clay, NOT a pottery wheel

Finished item will be ready in time for Halloween (we’ll text you).

Reserve your spot now and treat yourself to a handmade Halloween!

Adults only. Community Clay is a working studio. Children may not participate or observe. Read our FAQs.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:

Alex has been doing pottery for over 10 years - he started with wheel throwing, then transitioned into handbuilding, and now finds new ways to alter and incorporate both styles. He has studied and taught at multiple studios on the East Coast prior to moving to Denver in the spring of 2022.

He uses his "day job" skills in training, development, and coaching as a wheel and handbuilding teacher at Community Clay.
