Paint a scenic portrait of Haystack Rock during the 37th Stormy Weather Arts Festival. Join local artist Dawning McGinnis for a three-hour painting tutorial on painting the treasured natural icon. Breakfast refreshments will be served during the workshop. Join us in setting the creative tone for the second day of the 37th annual Stormy Weather Arts Festival!

The Cannon Beach Commercial Club, incorporated on February 19, 1945, formed the Cannon Beach Chamber on October 3, 1968. The Chamber serves local businesses and visitors year-round.
