We’ll create space for honest, gentle conversations about life, stress, relationships, balance, and the realities of caring for the people we love.
🔔 Crystal Sound Bath
We’ll close with a calming crystal sound bath a meditative experience using the resonant tones of quartz crystal bowls to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of peace.
