Join sound therapist Matt Petty of The Broom Closet Metaphysical Shop for a Sound Bath experience the second Saturday each month at 2pm. The event is hosted by Unity Church in Cordova (9228 Walnut Grove Road - 38018)
Matt, who is a certified sound therapist, will lead us in a meditative sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and multiple instruments. This is an immersive, intentional experience which will include a guided meditation during the sound bath.
There will be chair seating or you may want to bring a blanket or yoga mat if you would like to lay down or if you get cold during meditation. Space is limited to 30 people, so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time.
This session is open to anyone aged 16 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No late entry once the experience has begun.
