Sammi Rae offers a safe place for you to open up to write and heal. You do not need any writing or meditation experience, just an open heart and mind. Writing materials are supplied, as well as a light snack. Come relax open up and heal…. There are limited spots available, register quickly. This ensures there will be plenty of time and space for each one of you.
