Articipation Gallery Studio and Gallery is honored to welcome Door County Author Sammi Rae.

Sammi Rae is a Reiki Master Teacher- Intuitive with 20 years of experience in energy healing. She is a published author of 2 books of poetry, “The Door Wide Open” and “The Door in Motion”

Sammi Rae offers a safe place for you to open up to write and heal. You do not need any writing or meditation experience, just an open heart and mind. Writing materials are supplied, as well as a light snack. Come relax open up and heal…. There are limited spots available, register quickly. This ensures there will be plenty of time and space for each one of you.

 

September Theme - “If I could Change One Moment”

 

We often need to step back into a moment to help heal an old wound or to bring back the happiness or joy of a moment we have lost or kept hidden inside…Writing about that moment is a beautiful way to open up, set free or bring back in what has been held back or hidden inside each one of us.

This 2 hour class will start with balancing the 7 main chakra energy centers, to bring in balance and centering… After which Sammi Rae will take you on a guided meditation back to a place and time of your choosing to help find the moment in life you need to write about today. There will be ample time for writing and some time at the end to share only if desired.
