Description
These two workshops draw from Krista’s 12-element healing system. Each session will explore 6 elements in depth, along with their corresponding elementals—spirit allies and forces that help bring the energy of each element into direct experience.
Workshop One: Water, Fire, Earth, Air, Metal, and Wood
Workshop Two: Stone, Ether, Star, Light, Sound, and Presence
The basic energies that make up the Earth and cosmos are always present and available. When integrated into healing practice, they can support transformation across physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual levels.
These sessions are designed to offer both structure and fluidity, allowing space for participants to explore how each element speaks to their own life and healing path.
Each workshop includes group discussion, hands-on demonstrations, and time for personal process within a safe, well-held container. Krista draws on 30 years of experience in energy- and intuitive-based psychotherapy and coaching, with a focus on trauma recovery, life transitions, and multidimensional healing.
