💚 Heart Chakra Yin Yoga & Sound Bath 💚
✨ Join Yoga Instructor Kya Blount & Sound Healer Madison Speer for a cohosted Yin Yoga & Sound bath session. This is not a high intensity Yoga class, you can expect slow, gentle postures designed for restoration & deep somatic releasing. In addition, you can expect weaved in intention, affirmations & energy work designed to connect to this Chakra more intimately.
💚 The Heart Chakra (Anahata in Sanskrit) is an energy center in the subtle body that governs compassion, empathy, our ability to give & receive Love. It is connected to self care & balance in our personal relationships. When out of balanced or blocked, this can create resentment, jealousy, lack of intimacy & detachment from relationships.
✨ Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, if you would like to bring your own or if you would like to bring extra props such as pillows, towels or blankets for additional support, both are acceptable.
