Description
Those working in healing professions often experience the heavy toll of this work on our own energy and wellbeing. Join us for a two-day retreat offering connection, creativity, and healing community for therapists, social workers, healthcare providers, teachers, and other caregiving professionals*. Natasha Laumei will facilitate group conversation, intuitive reflection, and therapeutic processing through an integration of expressive arts and sandtray activities. In addition, Kristine Zappa will offer guided movement and somatic mindfulness, and Nikki Caballero will provide meditative sound baths alongside acupressure provided by Regan Goodrich. Heart Space is a place and time in which to release and receive; for those who bear witness to be witnessed; for those who support to be supported; for those who tend and nurture to be tended to and nurtured deeply.
