“My mission is to provide safe and helpful spaces for others to expand both creatively and physically into a realm of confidence, grace, and strength amidst a community of diverse individuals. I aim to teach anatomically mindful dance techniques and strength training to sustain longevity of practice and movement. Dance is not about fitting in, it’s about standing out. How can YOU express YOU to the best of your ability, that’s what I want to find with you in class. I will structure the class around a combination of choreography which I call your “skeleton” and ask that you bring to the table your unique body type, mindset, story and expression. The method for this growth process incorporates dance, authenticity, movement meditation, communal connection, and sensual expression.”
