The World Hemp Alliance is coming together to finalize the Hemp Dome we started at Building Man Festival from last spring 2022. In the last event attendees were taught how to build a stone foundation from materials on site at the Jenkstars.com Ranch and built a 3v Reciprocal dome from 1x1inch wood pieces and tied together from Hemp Rope. All we have left to finish is to make a birds nest from hemp stalks to fill in the gaps and fill in with hempcrete.
Come join us for a week in the Desert this Halloween at the Jenkstars.com Ranch to finish the first of its kind Hemp Dome. The Jenkstar ranch is also hosting a fall music festival and melon fest the coinciding weekend. Attendees are welcome to stay for the festivities as part of this week long package.
IMPORTANT: This event is being held at Jenkstar ranch in Green River, Utah. Jenkstar has no running water or accommodations. There are nice composting toilets but other than that you must practice radical self reliance, think burning man. Bring your tent or RV, lots of food and water and we will have a blast in the desert for a week. Note that the city of Green River is nearby (15 minutes) and has everything you would need, super market, truck stops and campgrounds with hot showers, etc.
