Indulge in your senses in an evening of exquisite flavors and elevated spirits at Velvet Buffalo's Hendrick's Gin Dinner at The Rooftop at Hotel Goodwin on May 22nd. Enjoy a four-course dining experience paired with cocktails featuring Hendrick's Gin. While you dine, take in the downtown views and live music from Josh Calhoun. 

 

From ginger prawns to decadent lavender poached pears, each cocktail is perfectly paired to please your taste buds. Throughout the evening, a knowledgeable representative will accompany you on a tasting journey, offering insights into each pairing.

GINGER PRAWNS 

Served on a bed of cucumber slaw and topped with pickled mustard seeds

Hendrick's Neptunia with coconut syrup, lime juice, orange bitters, sea salt, St. Germaine Elderflower, Curacao Triple Sec, garnished with a dill frond 

 

SECOND

WEDGE SALAD

With a toasted sesame seaweed ranch   

Hendrick's and lemon ginger kombucha 

 

THIRD

LAMB MEATBALLS

With bing cherries and juniper sauce topped with a mint pesto 

Hendrick's Gran Cabaret, Luxardo Liqueur, lime juice, Luxardo cherry juice, topped with soda, garnished with a sprig of mint 

 

FOURTH

LAVENDER POACHED PEARS

Served with a dark chocolate sauce 

Hendrick's Flora Adora, club soda, and muddled strawberries
