"Her Heart Matters" Galentine Girls Night
Celebrate friendship, self-care, and heart health at our HER HEART MATTERS Galentine’s Girl’s Night, hosted by HeartLife Women!
Join us on Friday, February 13 at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:15) at the Dakota Community Centre for an evening designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy a delicious “Build a Bowl” dinner with a sweet chocolate treat, followed by a 20-minute women’s heart health presentation and a calming 30-minute chair yoga experience. Every guest will leave with a self-care swag bag to keep the love flowing long after the night ends. Bring your mom, sister, or best friend and share in this joyful celebration of connection and care — all while supporting HeartLife Women.
Minimum donation is $20. Let’s raise awareness, wear red, and show the world that #HerHeartMatters.
