Summer starts Friday night at Hidden Gem Farm.
Grab your chairs, blankets, and the kids and come spend an evening on the farm watching Grown Ups under the stars with friends, family, great food, and a real summer-night atmosphere.
This is the summer kickoff Spring Hill didn’t know it needed.
🌮 The Hidden Kitchen Food Truck — Open at 5:00 PM
Full menu available all evening:
• Skirt Steak Tacos ($10)
• Breakfast Burritos ($10)
• Burgers & Hot Dogs ($9 burgers / $5 hot dogs)

• Carnivore Plate — brisket, burger patties & chicken sausage ($14)

Farm-to-table food raised right here on our farm.
Eat inside the barn or bring a blanket and enjoy dinner outside in the field.
🍿 Popcorn, drinks, and sweet treats available while supplies last.

This event is completely free, but tickets are required through SimpleTix so we can manage attendance and make sure every family has a great experience.
One ticket covers your whole family.
Attendance will be capped so the night stays relaxed, fun, and never overcrowded.
