High Thursdays is a weekly intimate, elevated yoga experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention.
This isn’t your typical class.
Set in a private Fresno location, each session blends a slow, intentional yoga flow with a relaxed, cannabis-friendly environment creating space to release tension and fully drop into your body.
With only 10 spots available, the experience stays personal, grounded, and intentional.
What to expect:
1-hour guided yoga flow

This is beginner friendly yoga.
