Join us for our annual Red Wine Blending Trials and get behind the scenes of what makes our flagship red blends so special. Taste each varietal on its own—Fer Servadou, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Tannat—then work alongside our Winemaker to create the blends of Ruby and Ruby Nights.

Tickets are $55 per person online / This is a 21+ event only
Our Ruby Club & Hillsbräu Society is $44 per member.
Ruby VIP & Vintage Ruby members are $20 per member.
