Halloween is not just for humans. Make memories at the fifth annual Historic Howl-O-Ween, where pups and their costumes are the main event.
Dress up your best pup in their spookiest, funniest, or most creative costume and join the fun parade where prizes wait for Best in Show, Best Historic Costume, and Crowd Favorite.
Before the parade kicks off, enjoy photo opportunities and shop from local pet vendors.

While advanced registration is recommended to secure your spot, walk-ups are warmly welcomed—just check in at the registration table between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. The parade starts promptly at 3:15 p.m., with prize announcements to follow, so arrive early, bring your camera, and prepare for an unforgettable afternoon of fun and festivities.
