Join us on Wednesday, June 17th, from 6:00pm–8:00pm in the Nocatee Room at Crosswater Hall for a fascinating evening exploring the art and history of photography with local photographer Nick Bennett! Nick is a Nocatee-based photographer specializing in portraits and fashion photography on analog film. Over the past six years, he has become well known within the local photography and modeling community. He has served as a resource for photographers interested in learning more about film photography and film development.
During this presentation, Nick will discuss the history and fundamentals of photography, why he believes film remains a powerful medium for portraiture, and what it’s like to work with analog film in a world increasingly dominated by digital media and AI-generated imagery. Whether you’re a photography enthusiast, creative professional, or simply curious about the evolving world of image-making, this will be an engaging and informative evening you won’t want to miss.
This is a FREE event exclusively for Nocatee Residents, and reservations are required due to limited space. Don’t forget to bring your valid Nocatee Resident ID, which will be required for entry. Tickets are available until 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 17th, or while supplies last.
