This exclusive event will take place at Villa Mirabela, a stunning European-inspired estate nestled behind gates and surrounded by lush trees, blooming flowers, and old-world charm — the perfect romantic backdrop for your special day.
Each reservation includes a private 45-minute ceremony with up to 10 guests, including the bride and groom. Whether you're saying "I do" for the first time or all over again, every detail is thoughtfully crafted for a heartfelt and stress-free celebration.

FAQs
- When should we arrive? Be at Villa Mirabela, wedding ready for the special day and be at the check in booth at least 15 minutes early to your wedding time. You must be on time.
- What is required to provide? If it's for an official wedding, bring your North Carolina marriage license and your ID. The officiant will sign and mail your wedding license. NC Marriage license allow couples to be married within 60 days of issuance. Be sure to make sure yours is current!
- What if this is a vow renewal? We are already married. You do not need to bring a license! You can just enjoy your day!
- Can guests join us? Absolutely your package can accommodate up to 8 guests, so they are welcome to invite friends and family. Guests will have chairs to accommodate them by the ceremony site to witness your special day.
- Can I bring a cake and food? Unfortunately no unless you upgrade your package to the Villa Experience
- Is food included? If you choose the Villa Experience, each guest receives an individual charcuterie board, drinks/mocktails, and dessert (cake or cupcakes). Please let us know of any dietary needs in advance.
- Are kids allowed? Yes, we just ask that they are supervised and not left unattended, as this is a multiple couple event, we want to ensure everyone is respectful.
- Will there be an area where I can change clothes? No. Please come dressed for the day! If you’d like to change afterwards, you’re certainly welcome to do that in our restrooms.
- How does the photography work? The photographer will have your names and email address and will send 10 fully edited for you to choose unless you upgraded to the full gallery, hi-resolution images to you via email within 3 week. You’ll have a gallery of photos that you’ll be able to print or download.
- What if I want to bring my own photographer? Due to the express style wedding format, we do not allow other photographers during this event.
- If I cancel for some reason, is the $750 fee refundable? No – the fee is non-refundable.
- What if it rains? We will have weddings inside a tent outdoors or you can choose to host it indoors in our grand parlor room.
- What if I am late? Unfortunately, this would be a big problem, and the wedding may not happen since this is Express-style. We will try our best to accommodate if it is within 5 minutes.
