Description

Learn to make Tablespoon's famous all-butter double-crust apple pie. You’ll get hands-on experience making a pie from start to finish. We will mix the all-butter crust, make the filling, roll out the crust, then shape and bake the pie. You'll take your pie home with you so you can freeze, bake and serve for the holidays. We’ll have delicious pies for you to sample and will demonstrate additional pie flavors and techniques.

Each ticket includes

  • Hands-on instruction from professional chefs
  • 2 drinks: beer & wine — we offer a seasonally rotating selection of wines from small producers as well as local craft beer. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
  • A booklet of recipes from class
  • A full pie (1 pie per person), which you will make in class.
