What You Will Learn
Join us for an unforgettable Chocolate & Wine Pairing during the annual Solomons Island Christmas Walk! Blue Wind’s Chocolates will be joining us to present four of her decadent handcrafted chocolates, each perfectly paired with a selection of our finest wines. It’s the sweetest way to celebrate the season!

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Host: Dana from Blue Winds Gourmet
- Length: Approximately 1 hour.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
