Paul Kares is a nonprofit organization whose mission is dedicated to educating aspiring chefs or musicians, focusing on kids and young adults who show interest and passion for culinary and musical arts. Paul Kares will weave together how these passions could be the foundation for life-long career for young people who are not necessarily college-bound and how they can hone their skills to be a personal chef, sommelier, performer, or all the above. Plus, Paul Kares will get them the tools like musical instruments, knives, etc for the students who can’t afford them and will donate to school systems that need equipment for their classrooms.
Four course French wine pairing French dinner and Jazz - Born in D.C., Holly Lane discovered a love of travel at the age of ten, when she went to France for the first time with her French mother. She decided then and there that she wanted to see the world, first as a dancer in Chicago, the Bahamas, Martinique, Greece, Switzerland and Paris, where she discovered her voice and her love of jazz, performing in jazz clubs, cabarets, cruise ships, and theaters. In addition to the great repertoire of French music and show tunes, she will be accompanied by Shore Jazz a talented ensemble of musicians made of Joe Holt on piano, John Ewart on sax, and Mike McShane on drums. She started coming to Rehoboth Beach as a child with her family, and has happily called it home since 1996.
