Homeschool Days Fall 2025

September 8, October 13, November 10, & December 1, 2025  

10 am-12 pm

 

Join us for hands-on learning that supplements your homeschool curriculum for ages 6+. This semester of Homeschool Days we will discover the natural world around us through activities and lessons on fall plants and the harvest season. Students will learn all about insects and spiders, explore our Delta Garden and learn old fashioned gardening methods, master the basics of fruits and vegetables, and discover the joy of nature journaling. Your registration includes all four sessions listed below. Please note Homeschool Days are on Mondays.

 

Fall 2025 Schedule:

September 8: Insects vs. Spiders: Learn all about these creepy crawlies and how they help our gardens grow.

October 13: Down in the Delta: Explore our Delta Garden and learn about harvesting and preservation practices from long ago.

November 10: Roots & Shoots: Explore the differences between fruits & vegetables and learn how to "Eat a Rainbow."

December 1: Nature Journaling 101: Develop your observation skills through art and gain a deeper connection with the natural world around you.

 

$60 MBG Members/$80 Non-Members. Price per child participant for the semester, which includes the four sessions listed above. Adults who accompany their child will need to pay Garden admission upon entry to the Garden.  Adults must stay on campus and check in the student at the front desk upon arrival.
