Homeschool Days: Spring 2026

February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, 2026

10 am-12 pm

 

This semester of Homeschool Days your children will BLOOM at the Garden with our four exciting spring programs filled with informational lessons and activities that will enrich your at-home botany curriculum. Students will learn about tropical plants from all over the world, the cultural history of Cherry Blossoms and other plants, discover the magic of bulbs like tulips, and what makes Tennessee so special. 

 

Spring 2026 Schedule:

February 9: Tropical Treasures - Go on a tour of our Youth Education & Tropical Glass House and learn about the flowers that give us treats and treasures.

March 9: Cherry Blossoms - Wander through our Japanese Garden and discover the ways that plants are celebrated in this culturally rich garden.

April 13: Tulip Time! - Join in on our celebration of these amazing flowers and learn how they and other bulbs grow.

May 11: Tennessee Treasures - Get your students excited about our home state and all of the different symbols that make Tennessee wonderful!"

 

$60 MBG Members/$80 Non-Members. 

Price per child participant for the semester, which includes the four sessions listed above. Adults who accompany their child will need to pay Garden admission upon entry to the Garden.  Adults must stay on campus and check in the student at the front desk upon arrival.
